Electronic Links International, Inc. (ELII) terms of payment are 30 days net and paid in full.
Shipments are FOB Binghamton, NY, unless otherwise negotiated.
ELII shall not be liable for delay of shipments due to: fire, flood, earthquake, transportation problems, strike, labor conditions, terrorist activity, and material shortage.
ELII products are warranted for a period of 12 months starting the day of delivery. The liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the ELII products at the ELII facility.
Results of normal wear, improper operation, or exposition to abrasive materials is not considered a defect.
If the product is claimed to be defective and is returned for replacement or repair after agreed in writing by ELII, a return material authorization number (RMAN) must be requested by the original purchaser and accompany the returned material.
In no terms is the seller (ELII) obligated or liable for damage, including but not limited to lost profits, plant down time, or suits by third parties.
All matters connected with these terms & conditions are covered by the laws of the state of New York and the venue shall be in Broome County, New York.
