William M. O’Connor has been a retained executive search consultant for 24 years. He has served as Vice President, High Technology Division with two executive search firms prior to the founding of Edgewood International, in May 2001.
He has extensive experience in working with a wide variety of disciplines and industries. He has worked in the international arena with international joint ventures and for both U.S. and foreign companies in Europe and Asia. He has been active in China since 1989.
In addition, he served in the United States Army and the Army Reserve for 28 years. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, while serving as Deputy Chief of Staff for the 85th Division. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He also graduated from the Molex Advanced Management Development Program, from the Booth Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago.
